Fees & Registration
The number of participants will be restricted to 50, with selection based generally on the date of registration.
The registration fees include accommodation in shared room, meals, participation in the school, learning material, social events and an excursion (all costs covered).
The fees are:
-40 USD (only for participants from Vietnam)
-80 USD (for all other participants)
The fees must be paid in cash in USD on-site in Hanoi, on November 1-5, 2010.
But registration should be downloaded from the WEB site of the school and sent, the latest by
October 1st, 2010.
Sent registrations will be confirmed by email, as well as the final decision on accepted participants.

In case of needing an invitation letter for visa, please send the registration early enough, if possible by beginning of September, so that you can get the visa in time for the Summer School.
For non-Vietnamese participants: To be more sure that registered persons will really attend the summer school, we need a letter by your superior of your organization/company stating that your travel costs will be covered. This should be sent together with your registration, again preferably by email.
